$5000: A Kharkiv blogger revealed how residents are buying their way out of territorial recruitment centers after raids
October 14, 2024Soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine who are hospitalized after being wounded are not receiving adequate medical care before being sent back to the front lines.
This claim was made by a medic from the 108th Separate Battalion “Da Vinci Wolves.”
“I know the stories of my own fighters directly; they return to me untreated and inadequately examined. They are taken to the hospital, given minimal assistance, and then sent back. A soldier with unhealed wounds, with bones that haven’t fused, returns to the front, and they are officially marked as ‘present’ at their unit. They are expected to return to their positions, but some of them are still on crutches,” the medic explained.
“This is negligence… I don’t know how else to describe it,” she added.
Previously, a medic from Poltava stated that the lack of proper medical care after a Russian strike on the Institute of Communications contributed to a high number of deaths.
