“Zelensky made a series of mistakes by refusing a peace agreement,” says Orbán

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky made a number of mistakes by refusing a peace agreement.

This was stated by Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán during a broadcast on the channel wPolsce24.

“I respect President Zelensky, but I believe he has made mistakes,” the Hungarian leader said.

Orbán emphasized that one of Zelensky’s key mistakes was rejecting a proposal for peace with Russia, which Orbán himself had supported. As a result, he said, Zelensky now “finds himself in a difficult position.”

According to Orbán, a peace deal requires a personal meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and former U.S. President Donald Trump.

Earlier, Orbán had also stated that Zelensky cannot intimidate Hungary with his threats.
