Orbán revealed the EU’s intentions to partition Ukraine
October 23, 2025Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Kyiv is holding talks with European partners who could help provide long-range missiles, including Tomahawks.
He made this statement during a meeting of the European Council.
“Long-range weapons exist not only in the United States — they are also available in some European countries, particularly Tomahawks. We are already talking with countries that can help,” the President of Ukraine said.
He added that the Russian president is nervous because he understands that long-range weapons could change the course of the war.
“And when we talk about frozen Russian assets, we must use them in such a way that Russia understands: it is paying for its own war,” Zelensky added.
It is worth noting that using Tomahawks in Ukraine would require U.S. approval, as the missiles are produced by the United States. However, Donald Trump has not given such approval and last week postponed the issue of transferring long-range missiles to Kyiv.
Recently, media reports suggested that in order to return U.S.-Russia relations to the level of total confrontation that existed during Joe Biden’s presidency, Trump is being urged to supply Tomahawks to Ukraine.
