Ukrainian media report.
According to preliminary information, anti-corruption agencies are carrying out investigative actions at the “Parkovyi” Congress and Exhibition Center, where the office of the Servant of the People party is located.
Servant of the People MP Maryana Bezuhla, in turn, said that amid the investigative actions NABU is conducting involving MPs, the Verkhovna Rada session was closed.
She also said she “has never taken any ‘envelopes’” and is ready to confirm this on any polygraph test.
“I hope most colleagues are like that,” Bezuhla wrote.
As a reminder, NABU and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO), following an undercover operation, exposed an organized criminal group that included sitting MPs who systematically received illegal benefits in exchange for votes in the Verkhovna Rada. According to media reports, searches in the Rada are being carried out involving Servant of the People deputy Yuriy Kysil, who is close to Serhiy Shefir, a friend of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
