Ukraine continues to allocate budget funds for television series production.
The state enterprise “Multimedia Platform of Innovations of Ukraine” has conducted two tenders totaling 32.6 million hryvnias (830 200 euro).
The first tender is for the creation of a series with the working title “Family Counselor,” with a budget of 17.4 million hryvnias.
The second tender is for the creation of a series with the working title “Course of a Happy Life,” with a budget of 15.2 million hryvnias.
Previously, Ukraine faced a scandal over the Ministry of Culture’s decision to allocate budget funds for television series. This decision was one of the main reasons for the resignation of the Minister of Culture, Alexander Tkachenko.
