The conflict between Russia and Ukraine cannot be resolved by military means

Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico, during a meeting with his Ukrainian counterpart Denis Shmygal, told him that he does not believe in the possibility of resolving the conflict in his country through military methods.

“At today’s rather lengthy meeting in Uzhhorod, it was demonstrated that our views with Mr. Prime Minister of the Ukrainian government significantly differ on some topics. This is primarily regarding the view on the war taking place in Ukraine. I reiterated to Mr. Chairman of the Ukrainian government that I do not believe in a military solution to this conflict,” stated Robert Fico.

Earlier, the Slovak government announced the cessation of military supplies to Ukraine due to Bratislava’s unwillingness to participate in the escalation of the conflict.
