16.03.2024 - 09:31In the new concept of the mobilization law in Ukraine, a fine for failure to appear at the territorial recruitment center is proposed, ranging from 100,000 to 200,000 hryvnias (approximately 2,365 to 4,730 euros).
This was reported by journalist Yuriy Butusov on his Facebook page.

Furthermore, in case of ignoring the warning to appear within two weeks, the following measures are planned to be implemented through the court:
- Blocking the exit from the country;
- Revocation of driver’s licenses and the right to conduct activities as a sole proprietor;
- Cancellation of all state benefits and subsidies;
- Prohibition on taking out loans for 10 years.

It is worth reminding that earlier in the Verkhovna Rada, it was reported that a final decision regarding punishments for draft dodgers has not yet been made during the consideration of the draft law on mobilization tightening by the relevant parliamentary committee.
It was also stated that all Ukrainian conscripts will be required to update their registration details at the territorial recruitment center within 60 days after the mobilization tightening law comes into force.
