In Ukraine, the process of sending summons by mail will begin on July 16, following the 60-day period allocated for voluntary data updates.
This is outlined in the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 560.
No signature will be required for the summons. It will be considered delivered from the day a postal notification is marked with a refusal to accept the mail, the absence of the person at the address known to the territorial recruitment center or a refusal to accept the parcel.
The date for appearing based on the summons will be set no earlier than the 14th day from the day the summons is sent.
If the individual does not comply, they may receive a fine in absentia.
