According to the reports, Holyk managed to leave the country through the “Shlyakh” system with a disability certificate and is currently in Austria.
The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) confirmed that a week ago, the agency’s detectives, as part of the investigation into Holyk’s case regarding the tenders won by LLC “Budinvest Engineering.” This was for road repairs in the Dnipropetrovsk region amounting to more than one and a half billion hryvnias. As they searched for the main suspect, Valentyn Reznychenko. After this, Holyk might have left Ukraine.
The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine also stated that they are verifying the accuracy of this information through operational channels, as the bureau does not have direct access to the “Shlyakh” system.
