This information reported according to local media reports.
A tender worth 117.7 million UAH ($2.8 million) was announced recently. Bids are being accepted until October 17, with the auction scheduled for the following day.
The project involves a reinforced concrete structure, partially underground, with only 3.3 meters protruding above the surface. The shelter will accommodate up to 650 people and is designed to protect them from all the harmful effects of a nuclear explosion.
According to the technical documentation, the shelter will allow continuous occupancy for at least 48 hours, including 12 hours under a filtration ventilation system. It will be equipped with a medical room, a buffet, food storage areas, water reservoirs, and advanced life support systems.
Journalists noted that the bunker will be constructed on the site of a lyceum that was damaged during military actions.
