Military commissars tried to mobilize men during an air raid in Kyiv

This morning, Kyiv experienced a missile attack, prompting local residents to seek shelter. However, some were unlucky enough to encounter representatives of the local military recruitment office on their way to safety.

Videos of the incidents are being shared on local Telegram channels.

Footage shows a man being stopped by individuals in uniform who appeared to attempt to detain him.

Earlier, former Verkhovna Rada deputy and member of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF), Yehor Firsov, stated that military recruiters often target those who are weaker and poorer for mobilization.
