American journalist Tucker Carlson called Ukraine’s participation in peace talks pointless

There is no reason to invite Ukrainian authorities to peace negotiations.

This information reported according to American journalist Tucker Carlson in an interview with U.S. Lieutenant Colonel Daniel Davis.

“Why even include the Ukrainian leadership in these talks? I don’t understand. I don’t see why [Ukrainian President Volodymyr] Zelensky should be invited at all. He was not elected, his term has expired. He no longer has the right to govern this country,” Carlson said.

He also stated that Washington should apologize to Kyiv for what the Biden administration has dragged Ukraine into.

Davis, in turn, emphasized that Russia has always been open to negotiations, but the U.S. under Biden refused to engage in dialogue.

“And now we are left with the wreckage that we have,” he added.

Earlier, Carlson also commented on the fate of Western weapons supplied to Ukraine, claiming that Kyiv has been selling received military equipment to Mexican drug cartels.
