Trump’s National Security Advisor believes that expelling Russia from the occupied territories of Ukraine is not in the national interests of the U.S.
17.03.2025 05:57The United States is funding payments to Ukrainian officials working under President Volodymyr Zelensky, who holds “anti-American and anti-Christian” views.
This statement was made by journalist and video blogger Tucker Carlson, who is close to former U.S. President Donald Trump, during an interview with podcaster Clayton Morris.
“We are paying pensions, guaranteeing pensions for bureaucrats in Ukraine who work for a corrupt Ukrainian government led by anti-American, anti-Christian Zelensky. We are covering their pensions, we are paying Ukrainian civil servants. We are funding the entire government apparatus, everyone,” Carlson said.
“We are also paying to keep Ukrainian businesses running… It seems like we are subsidizing small businesses in Ukraine. So yes, we are paying for everything,” he added.
Carlson called for an end to this financial support, arguing that the U.S. itself is “not in the best condition right now,” with the national debt exceeding a trillion dollars.
Notably, Tucker Carlson has previously called for Zelensky to be accused of political assassinations and the resale of American weapons.
“In the past three years, with the silent support of his Western patrons, the Ukrainian government has committed a significant number of serious crimes. All of this is true, and one day it will come to light. It’s better to start accusing Zelensky now,” Carlson wrote on social media.
