The Kremlin commented on efforts to resolve the conflict in Ukraine

Tense and ongoing efforts are being made toward resolving the conflict in Ukraine.

This information reported according to Dmitry Peskov, press secretary to Russian President Vladimir Putin.

“Of course, this is such a complex matter that expecting immediate results is hardly realistic. Nevertheless, we hope for the best — that this work will eventually yield positive outcomes,” Peskov said.

At the same time, Peskov promised to clarify the timeline regarding the moratorium on strikes against Ukrainian energy infrastructure. He stated that he would obtain the relevant information from Russia’s Ministry of Defense.
