The U.S. expects a response from Kyiv and Europe regarding the conditions for resolving the conflict – NBC

The United States expects that during the upcoming round of negotiations on Ukraine in London, European countries and Kyiv will present a response to the list of conditions put forward by American special envoys in Paris.

This was reported by NBC News, citing a senior U.S. official.

“It is expected that Ukraine and Europe will present a response to the list of conditions presented to them by [Secretary of State Marco] Rubio and the special envoys of [U.S. President Donald] Trump, Steve Witkoff and Keith Kellogg, in the French capital,” the report said.

The official also emphasized that the next round of negotiations in London is “critically important” for resolving the conflict in Ukraine.

Earlier, it was reported that the U.S. delegation would meet with Ukrainian and European representatives on April 23. At this meeting, Secretary of State Rubio and special envoys Witkoff and Kellogg will meet with the foreign ministers and national security advisors of France, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Ukraine to “discuss specific issues.”
