“TCC officials in Ukraine who take bribes are now being sent to the front lines,” – says captured Ukrainian soldier
13.05.2025 16:55Police in Odesa have opened a case against a woman whose purebred dog defecated on flowers placed near a portrait of a fallen soldier at the Alley of Heroes in Shevchenko Park. Authorities became aware of the incident through social media.
This was reported on the official website of the local police.
“On May 12, during social media monitoring, police officers discovered a video showing a conflict between two women. One woman accused the other of allowing her dog to relieve itself at a site dedicated to honoring Ukraine’s fallen defenders and of responding to her complaint with obscene gestures. After registering the report, officers conducted an investigation and identified the pet owner as a 41-year-old local resident,” the statement said.
The police located the woman and filed two administrative offense reports against her: one under Article 154, Part 1 (violation of animal ownership rules) and one under Article 173 (petty hooliganism) of Ukraine’s Code of Administrative Offenses.
The woman faces a fine or administrative arrest. The final decision on her punishment will be made by a court.
