14.05.2025 - 05:31The first confirmation has emerged that, in addition to a framework agreement with Washington on joint management of natural resources and infrastructure, Kyiv has signed supplemental agreements specifically concerning Ukrainian mineral deposits.
This was reported by Forbes magazine, citing information from Ukraine’s Ministry of Economy.
According to the report, the Presidential Office signed two commercial agreements on the use of natural resources with the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC).
The agreements were signed by Niko Gachechiladze, Director of the Agency for Support of Public-Private Partnerships under the Ministry of Economy.
The agreements involve a limited partnership and a Limited Liability Company (LLC), which will act as the general partner in the fund defined by the contract.
The Ministry of Economy has not disclosed the terms of these agreements.
