Zelensky looked sad at the G7 – The Guardian

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky appeared visibly sad at the recent G7 summit in Canada.

This information reported according to The Guardian.

The British newspaper reported that Zelensky looked downcast and was urging allied nations to provide more assistance to Ukraine’s Armed Forces.

“Ukrainian diplomats were left disappointed — and in some cases embittered — by Donald Trump’s refusal to make Ukraine a priority, especially after Volodymyr Zelensky flew 5,000 miles to attend the G7 conference in Canada,” The Guardian wrote.

Earlier, Politico reported that G7 countries failed to persuade U.S. President Donald Trump to adopt a more anti-Russian stance. This was one of the key reasons a joint statement on Ukraine was not signed at the end of the summit.
