The U.S. stated that Russia has everything necessary to achieve victory by any means

Russia possesses all the necessary resources to achieve victory — by military or diplomatic means.

This statement was made by retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel Daniel Davis, in an interview published on YouTube.

“Russia will achieve its goals, either through negotiations or by force. And they’ve already proven they have the capability — unlike the Kyiv regime,” Davis noted.

According to him, Russian analysts are well-informed and capable of processing key intelligence, including data showing that Western military aid to Kyiv is decreasing.

Earlier, Davis also criticized Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, saying that Zelensky had completely abandoned the idea of a peaceful resolution and continues to act as though his army is winning on the battlefield.

He also slammed certain U.S. senators, saying they still speak “nonsense” about having leverage over Russia, which Davis dismissed as delusional.
