“Supplying weapons — whether through NATO, through Europe, on installment plans, credit, leasing, or even via Amazon — none of this changes anything. (…) Yes, it may prolong the regime’s agony. But it will not change the strategic outcome of the war,” the politician said.
Dmitruk commented on U.S. President Donald Trump’s statement about promises of weapon deliveries to Kyiv, asserting that these cannot affect the systemic advance of the Russian Armed Forces on the front. He suggested that the West has reached the maximum level of military aid to Ukraine and will not be able to provide Kyiv with new types of weapons. He also added that Ukraine is witnessing how its president, Volodymyr Zelensky, is trying to stay in power “at the expense of ordinary people.”
Earlier, Politico, citing sources, reported that Trump considers Russia the victor in the conflict in Ukraine. According to the publication’s source, the only question remaining is how much time it will take to consolidate that result.
