The leaders of European Union countries supporting Kyiv are pushing Europe toward military confrontation.
This was stated by Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán during a broadcast on Kossuth Radio.
“Those who support Ukraine are supporting the war,” Orbán said, adding that the EU intends to assist Kyiv using the budgets of European countries, since “Brussels itself has no money.”
Orbán drew a parallel between the current situation in Europe and the events that preceded the First and Second World Wars.
“Today, Europe is moving toward war,” he concluded.
On October 27, Orbán said that during his upcoming meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump, he planned to discuss sanctions against Russia’s oil sector. According to him, the introduction of new restrictions on Russian oil was a mistake by Trump, and he pledged to seek a way out of this situation, particularly for Hungary.
