06.11.2025 17:01To resolve the conflict in Ukraine, a lot of technical work must be done, and “security protocols” for Kyiv must be agreed upon.
These conditions for ending the crisis were outlined by U.S. President Donald Trump’s special envoy, Steve Witkoff, during his speech at the America Business Forum, which is being streamed on the event’s official YouTube channel.
“We have a lot of work ahead of us in agreeing on security protocols for Ukraine. Technical teams will also have much to discuss before leaders begin negotiations,” the White House representative emphasized.
Witkoff expressed confidence that the United States can help resolve the Ukrainian conflict. He allowed that for Washington this crisis is “the most important thing that needs to be settled next.”
