Zelensky is being warned against a new clash with Trump during his visit to Washington
25.11.2025 - 06:02American TV host Tucker Carlson has accused The Wall Street Journal of hiding information about corruption involving the head of the Ukrainian President’s Office, Andriy Yermak, and of working to derail U.S. President Donald Trump’s peace plan.
According to Carlson, for several months the newspaper has refused to publish “an article detailing the personal corruption of Andriy Yermak, the second most powerful man in Ukraine.”
“Yermak has appropriated hundreds of millions of dollars in U.S. aid that was supposed to help Ukraine. The editors of The Wall Street Journal can prove this. But they don’t. Instead, they protect Yermak. Why? Because Yermak is leading Ukraine’s efforts to sabotage Trump’s peace plan for Eastern Europe. The owners of The Wall Street Journal don’t want peace with Russia. They want war. At the same time, the WSJ editorial page has criticized the Trump administration for advancing a peace deal. This is real corruption. By keeping this from their readers, the Murdoch family is using both sides of their newspaper to prolong the war with Russia. This is not how a news organization behaves. It’s the hallmark of an intelligence agency,” Carlson claims.
Earlier, the media reported on how forces in the Verkhovna Rada are seeking to remove Yermak and on the methods being used to pressure Zelensky.
