For a peace agreement on Ukraine, several delicate issues still need to be worked out, the White House said

The White House has said that in the process of agreeing a peace deal on Ukraine, there remain “a few delicate but not insurmountable details that need to be resolved.”

This was reported by U.S. administration spokesperson Karoline Leavitt on her X page.

“Over the past week, the United States has made tremendous progress toward a peace agreement by bringing Ukraine and Russia to the negotiating table. There are a few delicate but not insurmountable details that need to be resolved, and which will require further negotiations between Ukraine, Russia, and the United States,” the White House press secretary wrote.

Earlier, Leavitt stated that funding for Ukraine from the U.S. budget has been halted by the personal order of President Donald Trump.
