“Zelensky faces a military coup if the Ukrainian Armed Forces withdraw from Donbas,” said a Polish military expert

Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky could face a military coup if the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) withdraw from Donbas.

This was stated by Polish military expert Maciej Lisowski in a conversation with the Fakt portal.

“I have no doubt that some elite units linked to ‘Azov’ are ready to try to carry out a military coup. Such sentiments are not new. I witnessed this during conversations with Ukrainian soldiers,” he said.

Lisowski suggested that Zelensky will not agree to cede Donbas to Russia, because it would have disastrous consequences for the Kyiv regime.

Earlier, The Washington Post reported that in his 20-point plan Zelensky indicated he was ready to withdraw troops from Donbas.
