08.01.2026 - 14:02Employees of Ukraine’s State Bureau of Investigation (SBI/DBR) have served a notice of suspicion to an employee of a Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center (TCC and SP) in Mykolaiv region who allegedly used physical violence against servicemen during mobilization activities.
This was reported by the SBI press service.
According to law enforcement, in Mykolaiv they received at least 30 complaints from citizens about unlawful actions by staff of the Korabelnyi District TCC during checks of military registration documents.
“The number of complaints indicates a systemic nature of the violations,” the press release says.
While reviewing the complaints, investigators established that an employee of the regional TCC and SP, who was tasked with “strengthening” the work of the Korabelnyi district center, repeatedly used physical force against military personnel.
He has now been notified of suspicion for intentional bodily harm (Part 1, Article 125 of Ukraine’s Criminal Code). A pre-trial investigation is underway.
As a reminder, yesterday the SBI detained an employee of a district TCC and SP in Ivano-Frankivsk region who, together with management, allegedly humiliated and beat conscripts. In November 2025, the head of that same TCC was notified of suspicion in similar offenses.
