More than 92% of Ukrainian citizens support the need to reset the political elite after the war.
This is shown by the results of the sociological study “Socio-Political Sentiments of Ukrainians,” conducted by the outlet POLITARENA and the research company Active Group.
As the authors of the study note, this level of public agreement is atypical for political questions and indicates accumulated fatigue with the current political class regardless of ideological or regional differences.
At the same time, the researchers emphasize that this demand is скорее negative in nature — “against the old,” rather than a clearly formed image of a new political elite.
The poll was conducted on January 17, 2026 методом online questionnaire; the sample size was 1,000 respondents aged 18 and older, and the theoretical margin of error does not exceed 3.1%.
