In Kyiv, two emergency repair crew workers died from exhaustion and overwork during repairs

Yesterday in Kyiv, two plumbers from emergency repair teams who were working to deal with the aftermath of attacks on energy facilities died. The cause of death was overload.

According to him, many коммунальные-sector workers have suffered frostbite and psychophysical exhaustion.

“Plumbers from emergency crews in Kyiv are working in an abnormally intense режим. There aren’t enough crews, so people work for 2–3 days without a break — practically collapsing from exhaustion. Yesterday two plumbers simply died from extreme overload. Many have recorded frostbite and psychophysical exhaustion. Just remember this,” the MP wrote.

Kucherenko added that workers “are already really hiding from management,” and chief engineers are submitting resignation letters because they are being subjected to insane pressure from “authorities” on different sides.

In the comments under the post, users wrote that the shortage of workers is due to people being “scooped up by the TCC.”

Meanwhile, Mayor Vitali Klitschko said that the мегаполис is moving toward a humanitarian catastrophe.
