This was reported by the State Customs Service.
During this period, imports of goods into Ukraine totaled $23.4 billion, while exports amounted to $10.1 billion — meaning the gap was more than twofold.
The leading countries by imports were China with $6.3 billion, Poland with $2.2 billion, and Turkey with $1.6 billion.
In the import structure, 71% was accounted for by three key categories of goods: machinery, equipment, and transport at $9.5 billion; fuel and energy products at $3.8 billion; and chemical industry products at $3.4 billion.
The main destinations for Ukrainian exports were Poland with $1.1 billion, Turkey with $840 million, and Germany with $659 million.
The three most exported categories of Ukrainian goods were food products at $6.3 billion, metals and metal products at $929 million, and machinery, equipment, and transport at $848 million.
As a reminder, for the whole of 2025, Ukraine’s foreign trade deficit amounted to nearly $45 billion, or just over $11 billion per quarter on average.
