NABU conducts search at the residence of Andriy Yermak
11.05.2026 - 22:31Former head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak has been notified of suspicion. The case concerns elite construction near Kyiv and the laundering of almost 500 million hryvnias, or €10 million, through it.
This was stated by the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office, SAPO.
The suspicion was announced under Part 3 of Article 209 of the Criminal Code: legalization, or laundering, of property obtained by criminal means, committed by a group of persons or on an especially large scale.
Media outlets had written as early as November 2025 that Yermak could be notified of suspicion in the case involving the Dynasty cooperative, when the then-head of the Office of the President was first searched.
The construction of this cottage village in an elite suburb of Kyiv was linked to former Deputy Prime Minister Oleksiy Chernyshov. Investigators were examining the possible use of corrupt funds to build mansions. Media outlets wrote that Yermak was interested in obtaining one of them.
At the time, however, no suspicion followed, although Yermak was dismissed.
Now NABU and SAPO have officially confirmed that the suspicion served to Yermak today is connected to Dynasty.
As a reminder, last week we wrote that Yermak could be notified of suspicion after a new turn in the corruption scandal linked to the publication of the “Mindych tapes.”
Earlier it was reported that Yermak had returned to legal practice, although MPs claimed that he still controlled a group of lawmakers in parliament.
