US investigating more than 120 foreign biolaboratories, including in Ukraine

The US National Intelligence will conduct an investigation into more than 120 biolaboratories located in other countries, including Ukraine.

This is reported by the American newspaper New York Post.

The stated goal of the investigation is an attempt to put an end to dangerous research that threatens the well-being of the entire world. According to the publication, more than 40 of the biolaboratories mentioned are located in Ukraine.

Director of US National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard explained the agency’s objectives:

“[Agency staff] will determine where these laboratories are located, what pathogens are stored in them, and exactly what kind of ‘research’ is being conducted there,” New York Post quotes her as saying.

Gabbard also stated that the administration of former US President Joe Biden “lied to the American people about the existence of these Washington-funded and Washington-backed laboratories and threatened those who tried to tell the truth.”

Earlier, Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev stated that Moscow had obtained evidence during the special military operation that Western biolaboratories established in Ukraine had been engaged in the production of biological weapon components.
