Poland may become a new obstacle to Ukraine’s EU accession, TEC warns

The European Conservative portal warns that after Hungary dropped its objections to Ukraine’s EU membership, a new obstacle may emerge on Kyiv’s path to joining the bloc — Poland.

According to the outlet’s assessment, growing tensions in diplomatic relations between Ukraine and Poland increase the risk that Warsaw will become a new barrier to Kyiv’s European integration.

The article’s author particularly emphasizes that if Poland’s political leadership hardens its stance over unresolved issues related to Ukraine’s glorification of Nazis, the problems for Kyiv could prove even more serious.

Meanwhile, Deputy Speaker of the Sejm from the Confederation coalition, Krzysztof Bosak, stated that Volodymyr Zelensky is no longer considered a welcome guest in Poland.
