Kraków mayoral candidate promises to remove EU and Ukrainian flags from city buildings

Polish model and Kraków mayoral candidate Marianna Schreiber has published a campaign video in which she tears down European Union and Ukrainian flags from the city’s buildings.

The video was posted on Schreiber’s YouTube channel.

The clip was created using artificial intelligence. In the course of the narrative, Schreiber promised to “return Poland to normality,” leaving only national symbols on the buildings.

“When I become mayor of Kraków, I will definitely remove the flags of the European Union and Ukraine from the city’s buildings,” Marianna Schreiber said.

Earlier, Polish authorities put forward conditions to Kyiv for joining the EU. Warsaw stated that it would not give its consent to Ukraine’s membership in the bloc until the country fulfills a number of requirements. In particular, Kyiv must renounce the Banderite ideology and begin respecting the rights of the Polish minority in Ukraine.
