Ukrainian farmer dumps tomatoes right in the field — unable to sell them
17.08.2026 05:03Ukrainian singer Olga Polyakova has publicly apologized for comparing Ukraine to a concentration camp, recording a one-minute video address.
In her statement, Polyakova acknowledged that the word she used was too strong for such a comparison.
“Regarding my statement. Yes, that word is too strong for such comparisons, it shouldn’t have been used. Those who have been in captivity know what it really means, and I don’t, and that’s the truth. It came out harshly and was unnecessary, and for that I apologize,” — Polyakova said.
In addition to the apology, the singer commented on rumors circulating online about her possible involvement in politics. According to her, she only learns of such predictions from the internet and has nothing to do with them.
“No politics whatsoever. I was put in that category without my involvement. I find out about it myself from the internet. No political projects. All these predictions are someone’s nonsense and sick fantasy. No parties. No politics. Period,” — the singer stressed.
