Searches of NBU governor Pyshny linked to cases involving KarpatNefteKhim and Sens Bank
21.10.2026 12:05Employees of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO) carried out investigative actions on the morning of October 21 at the premises of National Bank of Ukraine Governor Andriy Pyshnyi.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing members of parliament Oleksiy Honcharenko and Yaroslav Zheleznyak.
MP Honcharenko was the first to write about what was happening:
“NABU and SAP are currently conducting investigative actions in the office and at other addresses of National Bank Governor Andriy Pyshnyi,” the deputy wrote.
The information was confirmed by Yaroslav Zheleznyak, a member of parliament from the Holos party, who specified that the investigative actions were being carried out directly in the NBU governor’s office.
“NABU has come specifically to National Bank Governor Andriy Pyshnyi. Investigative actions are currently under way in the NBU governor’s office itself,” Zheleznyak said.
RBC-Ukraine reached out to NABU and the National Bank for comment, but had received no response by the time of publication.
