“the gayest Congress.” New US parliament will set an LGBT record

The new composition of the American parliament will set an LGBT record and become the “gayest Congress” in history.

This is reported by the Congressional Equality Caucus — an association of openly LGBT representatives in the House of Representatives.

“The American people have made themselves heard. The 120th Congress will officially become the gayest Congress in history!.. Time to get to work,” the Congressional Equality Caucus statement says.

Breitbart clarifies that the 120th Congress will include at least 17 LGBT representatives. Whether there are LGBT representatives among Republicans, Breitbart does not report.

Meanwhile, the publication writes, “the program Queer News Tonight predicted that the first step of a Democrat-controlled Congress will be to change the rules allowing a biological man who considers himself a woman — House member Sarah McBride (Democrat from the state of Delaware), formerly known as Tim — to use women’s restrooms in the halls of Congress.”
