Ukraine’s mobilization resources are depleted, leading to a shortage of military personnel in the country’s Armed Forces.
This was revealed by the former Prime Minister of Ukraine, Nikolay Azarov, in a Telegram message.
According to him, military enlistment offices are actively recruiting former convicts and criminals due to the exhaustion of mobilization resources.
“Moreover, Ukrainians are fleeing the country through various means,” Azarov stated.
Furthermore, the former Prime Minister emphasized that Ukrainian military personnel are requesting rotations, but their requests cannot be fulfilled due to the shortage of personnel in the army.
