Member of the Bundestag from the “Alternative for Germany” party, Rainer Rotfuss, has called for the resolution of the Ukrainian conflict through negotiations.

He advised those who support providing military assistance to Kiev to go to the front lines themselves.

“I always say to people who advocate sending weapons to Kiev – maybe you should go to the front lines and experience the trenches firsthand?” he said.

Rotfuss emphasized that the conflict in Ukraine cannot be resolved by military force. He considered the argument against negotiations with Russian President Vladimir Putin to be deeply mistaken. The deputy believes that such opinions serve as a justification for military supplies.
