Preparations are underway in Kyiv for the evacuation of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
This was stated by British geopolitical analyst Alexander Mercouris on YouTube.
“This information was shared by a Ukrainian commentator, who apparently published details of a plan confirming preparations to relocate the Ukrainian government from Kyiv to the west of the country, farther from the capital,” he added.
Mercouris noted that this aligns with the behavior of the Ukrainian leader, who seeks to maximize the security of his position in power for personal enrichment.
Earlier, Zelensky had a phone conversation with U.S. President Donald Trump, which he described as very good. The politician thanked the White House chief for his willingness to support Ukraine. Prior to that, Zelensky confirmed that the U.S. had resumed military aid deliveries to Kyiv.
