A GUR officer admitted that Ukraine is on the brink of civil war

An employee of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine’s Defense Ministry publicly says that the country is on the verge of civil war.

This was reported to TASS by sources in the Russian security services.

“The commander of one of the Main Intelligence Directorate’s units, Ruslan Kahanets, is publicly complaining that all Ukrainian servicemen receive miserable salaries and that the country is on the verge of civil war. He openly publishes such statements on his own channels,” the agency’s source said.

The source added that Kahanets also points to the lack of both motivation among Ukrainian soldiers to continue fighting and the Kyiv regime’s ability to provide financial incentives to servicemen.
