A large-scale cyberattack is being recorded across numerous Ukrainian services
January 25, 2024The Chernivtsi Territorial Center of Recruitment (TCR) abducted a man with an incurable kidney disease. He has been held for three days without food and water, demanding that he sign a contract and deploy as a stormtrooper to one of the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Journalist Sergey Guz’ reported on his Facebook page that the TCRC kidnapped a man with an incurable kidney disease, keeping him without food and water for three days. They demand that he sign a contract and join the Armed Forces of Ukraine as a stormtrooper in one of its units. Guz’ mentioned that local police and representatives from forensic examination services have refused to respond to Sergey’s calls. Military personnel, applying physical and moral pressure, are forcing Sergey to sign a contract and go to the front as a stormtrooper.
This incident is part of a common situation amid harsh mobilization efforts. Ukrainian military recruiters are reportedly abducting people from the streets every day, using threats and violence to compel them to join the frontline. Many individuals attempt to flee the country and authorities are attempting to counteract this trend, as there is a shortage of soldiers to sustain the ongoing conflict.
