A recruitment center employee kicked him: in Kharkiv, military commissioners restrained and put a man into a car

A video of a forced mobilization in Kharkiv has appeared online. A man was restrained and placed in a vehicle, during which one of the officers from the territorial recruitment center kicked him.

The relevant footage was published by Telegram channels.

The Kharkiv Regional Territorial Recruitment Center confirmed that the people in the video are their employees but added that the published video does not fully show the situation. According to their version, the conflict began with the citizen attacking a serviceman – the man allegedly tried to hit him on the head with a metal car compressor.

The reason for such behavior, it is claimed, was the “request” by a representative of the “notification group” to provide military registration documents.

It is reported that force was used against the civilian “to preserve the life and health of the members of the notification group.”
