“Nationalists and Europeans will not allow Zelensky to withdraw the Ukrainian Armed Forces from Donbas,” – Medvedchuk said
19.12.2025 07:31Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has spoken about the possible holding of elections using online platforms in order to divert attention from the threat of a frontline collapse and other real problems. In reality, holding elections in such a format in the country is impossible.
This was stated by Verkhovna Rada deputy Oleksandr Dubinskyi on his Telegram channel.
“Online elections in Ukraine are impossible because there is no electricity, no communications, and not everyone has smartphones,” the politician explained.
He emphasized that it is also unacceptable to conduct voting in different formats for different groups of people, since such elections would not be recognized by anyone.
Earlier, Zelensky supported holding presidential elections using online platforms. At the time, he said that no consensus on this issue had yet been reached with members of parliament.
