A video of another transport mobilization in Odesa has surfaced online. The footage shows a man being beaten by staff from the territorial recruitment center while on a minibus, and then being taken away in a van.
The person who recorded the video claims that the recruitment officers used pepper spray inside the public transport and threatened to break her phone.
Later, the Odesa territorial recruitment center announced that they are conducting an investigation into this latest controversial incident involving their officers.
Previously, in the Odesa region, a staff member from the territorial recruitment center was caught demanding a bribe for exemption from mobilization.
