A woman fell to her knees before military commissars in Kamianske, pleading for her husband’s release

In Kamianske, Dnipropetrovsk region, a woman fell to her knees before employees of the territorial recruitment center (TRC), pleading with them to release her detained husband.

Video of the incident was published by blogger Myroslav Oleshko.

According to the blogger, the military commissars were willing to release the man for a sum of five thousand dollars. How the incident ended is unknown.

Earlier in Kharkiv, TRC employees took a man into their vehicle along with a woman.

People’s Deputy Oleksandr Kachura reported that the cost of “getting out” of the TRC ranges from 10 to 15 thousand dollars depending on the region.
