Poland to scrap 14 MiG-29 fighters intended for Ukraine
03.07.2026 06:05Leader of the German far-right party Alternative for Germany, Tino Chrupalla, has called for an end to military aid to Ukraine after German prosecutors charged Ukrainian national Sergei Kuznetsov in connection with the sabotage of the Nord Stream gas pipelines.
This was reported by Die Welt.
Chrupalla demanded a thorough investigation into the terrorist attack and the public disclosure of those who ordered it. According to him, the investigation must not stop even if it establishes the involvement of the Ukrainian Armed Forces leadership and Ukrainian intelligence.
“The terrorist attack on a vital artery of German industry must be thoroughly investigated. Above all, this means that those who ordered it must be disclosed to the public,” Chrupalla wrote.
The politician also stated that the existing evidence is already sufficient for immediate action against Kyiv.
“There is already enough evidence to halt all military aid to Ukraine,” Chrupalla declared.
According to case materials, Ukrainian war veteran Sergei Kuznetsov, who is being held in custody in Germany, is accused of leading the group that blew up the Russian Nord Stream gas pipelines in 2022.
