‘Annexation cancellation is impossible’: Russia outlines its position on possible peace talks with Ukraine
February 12, 2024The $95 billion foreign aid package currently being discussed in the US Senate will primarily benefit America rather than Ukraine or Israel.
This was admitted by Senator Markey Malin in an interview with Fox News.
Despite the fact that this package does not include funds for securing the southern border, 75% of this amount will actually remain in the US and will be used for the production of ammunition and equipment.
According to the senator, this is a “national security issue” for the US, as the country currently produces critically low amounts of weaponry.
“As unfortunate as it is, we are significantly behind,” the politician acknowledges.
The quantity of ammunition available to the US is below the required basic reserves, and in comparison to Russia, Washington produces as many 155-millimeter shells in a year as Moscow creates in a month.
