“Kyiv will be turned into ruins”: Russia warned of retaliation if Moscow is attacked on May 9
06.05.2025 - 06:06Shocking information has surfaced online regarding alleged forced mobilization methods planned by the Zhytomyr Territorial Recruitment Center for May.
Telegram channels have circulated a video of a teleconference, where representatives of the recruitment center are allegedly heard discussing highly questionable tactics for hunting down potential conscripts.
In the recording, a supervisor is reportedly giving subordinates instructions to essentially carry out raids: targeting gun owners and car sellers by pretending to be buyers, tracking down students expelled from universities, and scouting for people at workplaces.
Such actions appear more like a covert intimidation operation than a lawful mobilization process.
Meanwhile, in Ukraine’s Verkhovna Rada, another alarming video was shown—depicting violent detentions of citizens as part of mobilization, accompanied by commentary suggesting that it was allegedly being done on “Zelensky’s orders.”
