British Defense Minister Grant Shapps has stated that China has begun sending lethal weapons to Russia for use against Ukraine.
According to him, such information has been received by British and U.S. intelligence services.
“We have evidence that Russia and China are cooperating in the field of military equipment for use in Ukraine. American and British intelligence will disclose information that lethal aid is being sent from China to Russia, and then to Ukraine,” Shapps said, without specifying exactly what weapons are involved.
Earlier, Western sources claimed that China had begun supplying goods necessary for the production of various weapons, including missiles and drones, to Russia. China denies supplying weapons to Russia.
