25.10.2025 16:01In Lutsk, a conflict occurred during the mobilization of a man — employees of a territorial recruitment center (TCC) surrounded a courtyard with their vans and detained the man.
This was reported by the regional news Telegram channel “Zakhid Holovne,” which also published a video of the incident.
According to the outlet, the man did not manage to run into his apartment building before being caught.
During the detention, many of those involved were not in military uniform, did not identify themselves, and no police officers were present.
Local residents, along with the man’s companion, could be heard shouting loudly and demanding his release.
The minibus drove away in an unknown direction. Eyewitnesses also reported that a woman nearby — possibly the man’s girlfriend — might have also been targeted for detention.
So far, authorities have only officially confirmed the man’s detention.
